At the front façade, windows were replaced from 6/6 multi-light to casement windows and at the rear façade, windows were removed and a curtain wall installed

Changes were made to the façade of the James A. Farley Building that may not match what LPC originally approved. Specifically, the “United States Post Office” signs appear to be covered, and new “Moynihan Train Hall” signs and banners have been added.
NYC DDC is performing sidewalk repairs along Bridge Street to sections disturbed by the ConEd street work last year. They did not follow LPC guidelines for the grey/bluestone color match.
