1) The fire escape at #64 was supposed to be extended to the roof by going over the cornice. Instead they took off a portion of the historic cornice, and ran the fire escape through it.
2) The new windows at #62 at the arched openings: they have a true arch expressed at the upper sash, rather than matching the segmental arched opening (like the original windows - see photos attached).
3) They were supposed to do in-kind replacement of some marble units at #62, but instead they used a brown cast stone. (See photo attached, with arrows pointing to locations.)
4) The panels at the storefront bulkheads do not match what was approved.
5) The storefront infill color, the cast iron storefront / base color, and the window paint color does not match what was approved.
