Overview Paragraph
We celebrate the connection between performing and liberal arts, challenging our students with a rigorous student-centered curriculum. Every student completes two course sequences all four years: the Performing Arts sequence prepare them for a conservatory or BFA program; the Liberal Arts sequence simultaneously prepares them for a traditional college or university. The balance of the two supports all students to become life-long artists whether or not they pursue a career in the performing arts. Our learning community is located one block from our CUNY partner Hunter College in the Upper East Side and is comprised of diverse families from all five boroughs in an inclusive, caring environment that fosters individuality and expression.
