i. Parks will allow Permittee to stage for one year only. A permit extension may be considered depending on the schedule of Parks’ capital project. The area must be vacated as soon as Parks’ capital project is ready to begin. See Attachment B for staging layout.
ii. Permittee must restore the lawn per the specifications in Attachment D. Permittee must water the area to ensure lawn establishment.
iii. Staging on the basketball court is not allowed. Sightlines into the court must be maintained.
iv. Pedestrian path must remain open and access to the basketball court must be maintained.
v. The water line must be protected during construction. If damaged, Permittee will replace it at no cost to the City.
vi. When the large stones are removed from the Franz Sigel staging area, Permittee will transport them to Bridge Park South for storage. Contractor will coordinate with Bronx M&O on a date/time for delivering the stones.
